Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. A full refund of the purchase price (excluding the deposit) will be issued within 30 days of pickup if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a genetic or congenital defect. This does not cover common illnesses such as parasites, coccidiosis, or viral infections.

We require that puppies be returned to us if you are unable to care for them at any point in the dog’s life. We will coordinate rehoming at no cost to you and ensure the puppy goes to a safe, loving home.
